Normal CPU Fan VS Liquid Cooling. Which is Better Option?

Normal Fan and Liquid Cooling

Nowadays, every time that someone buys an CPU (Central Processing Unit), in the box we can find a CPU fan, that in the case of Intel processors it does not serve of to much at the time of cooling it, but in AMD processors the situation changes, because these fans are more prepared for the high temperatures processors reach. But, both fans can be useless at the time of Overclooking our CPU. Overclook is the technique which we increase volage and frecuency of the cores of the processor for having a better performance of it, but, it increase the temperatures of the CPU at extreme levels and in that case a liquid cooling is the solution, but keaping overclook away, which is better option?.

Well, in this I would prefer a normal CPU fan, because most of the users of a computer do not know how to do a well done Overclook or it processor is not Unlocked for that, and also for it price, a liquid cooling can cost more than $150 while a good CPU fan can cost maximum $100 exagerating, and it can give a good performance and low temperatures, but if you want to do overclook to your CPU, obligatorily you must buy a liquid cooling if you do not want your processor to get damage in the future.
